An Addition Well Done
Dear Collin:
I am writing to thank you and commend you for the work that you did in building the addition and deck to our home. The finished product is more than we hoped and expected.
Your help in considering and designing for our specific needs was also more than cxpected. My wife, as you know, has a spinal injury. Designing the deck, especially the steps, has allowed her full use of the deck which she did not think that she would have. She can walk on it with ease without the fear of falling.
I obviously am not a builder, and, therefore, can only speak to the aesthetics of your work- It pleases us greatly. Your attention to detail is what we had hoped for and has enhanced the end product. As they say, it looks just like in the magazines.
As to the workmanship,I have friends who were previously in home construction, many of them in high end homes. All of them have been very complimentary in the work that you have done.
As you know, we live on a golf course. Your work has been followed closely by many people. Many people, some who I don't know, when I tell them where we live on the golf course, have commented very favorably on the work that you have done. I am confident that the attention to detail that you have shown on this project will carry over to the work you intend to pursue in your future endeavors in Idaho.

More like a Curator
Hello Collin,
I want to thank you once again for all the help that you've given me. Working with you and Dave has been a great learning experience. Your craftsmanship will be admired by many.
This building will surely outlive me and probably generations to come. I feel more like a curator whose duty is to care for and preserve the magnificence of this Timber Frame than a home owner.
I will be back to work on the project and am looking forward to seeing you guys more this summer.

We came to know Collin Beggs as first a friend, second a Timber Framer. We shared interests and philosophies on building, living, and their impacts on the world. For us to collaborate was natural. Receiving his help on our owner-built, two-story, Timber Framed home wast the best choice we have made (we began planning in January '04 and raised the frame in July '04).
Collin was enthusiastic and gave frank, thoughtful feedback throughout our entire planning process. He asked pointed questions, posed many ideas, and supported the choices we made. The resources he provided helped immeasurable, form building materials and tools, to joint layout and timber species selection/sizing. Dear Collin,
I want to thank you for your recent cooperation regarding our Timber Frame booth endeavor.
Your craftsmanship along with your packing services created a hassle free experience. The booth is totally awesome, we received comments from those that are 'old school' mentality and that appreciate your craft.
Our new marketing pieces are an ideal compliment with our timber & siding menu and booth display. I truly feel we had more interest in the timber, truss & siding items over that of our flooring products, how about that? Our intent is to follow-up all leads with these various marketing pieces and to include your business card along with our sincerest of recommendations.
Your packaging of the materials for the booth was beyond that of expectation, and we have high expectations. I can't thank you enough for that as that was one of my largest concerns.
